Why Choose The Motivated Workplace?

5 Reasons People Come to the Motivated Workplace

01. People are our business.

The foundation of any business is its people.  Your employees are your first investors.  They are your brand ambassadors.  Whether you realize it or not. Let’s face it, if you don’t like people, how can you inspire them?  We LOVE people!  Getting to know them--what they like, what they don’t like, what moves them, what frustrates them--is what we do. While you’re busy making sure there’s a business tomorrow to pay them, we busy ourselves making sure that your employees show up to do the work of the business tomorrow.

02. We walk it like we talk it.

We get it! You didn’t wake up one day, deciding to start a business and be the master of your own destiny, to have some random employee challenge (literally) every decision you make.  You are the boss and it goes against every basic human instinct to not simply fire them (nevermind, the desire to beat on your chest and pound your fist on a desk when it happens)!

A lot of what we teach in our coaching sessions is unorthodox and goes against this basic human instinct. BUT, we live this life and know that it’s possible to use a better, more effective, approach. We’ll teach you our ways, so you experience these challenges less often.

03. We’re motivated to motivate your employees.

We believe so much in what we’re offering that for our subscription plans, we’ve put our money where our mouths are and have a 14-day money-back guarantee.  If after your onboarding session, you aren’t feeling motivated yourself, we’ll refund your money. No questions asked. (Well, that’s not true, we’ll ask 1 question--how can we improve?)  That’s it. But we KNOW that you’re going to be happy because, well, excitement is contagious and we are excited to serve you!

04. We are industry experts.

The Motivated Workplace was founded by Erika Williams, who is both SHRM-SCP certified and an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of California, one of the most pro-employee states in the country. For over a decade she worked in human resources for both large and small organizations doing program design and implementation, policy development, organizational and employee development, classification and compensation systems, recruitment and retention programs, performance management, and employee and labor relations. Her vision, experience, and expertise form the foundation of what it is we do.

05. We believe work is play.

Work doesn’t have to be boring! It doesn’t have to just be pushing widgets and pushing paper. It can be fun and rewarding!

Remember when you first started your business? How excited you were and how much fun you had building something from nothing? That excitement and fun might have been drowned out by dealing with “people problems,” but it can come back. We reignite that passion into business!
